Catering

Only approved caterers may provide catering services for events held at the Davidson County Community College Conference Center.  Caterers must submit an Approved Caterer Application and provide required documentation to be considered for approved caterer status.

For approved caterer status, please refer to the forms Approved Caterer Application, Approved Caterer References, and Caterer Guidelines.

Food and Beverages
All food (except wedding cakes) must be purchased through one of the official College approved catering companies.  Caterers that want consideration for addition to the College’s approved list can download an “Application for Approval of Catering Company.” No food may be brought into the building by any other source. The Coordinator, Conference Center & Community Engagement will work with each Client to determine their food and beverage needs. If necessary, a meeting will be arranged between the Caterer, the Client and the Coordinator, Conference Center & Community Engagement to discuss food and beverage needs.

We are pleased to provide you with contact information
